Brighton sports injury support

Sports injury assessment that starts with the right question

Whether you were injured training, playing sport or returning to activity, Elite offers consultant-led assessment and coordination to clarify the appropriate next step—not a one-size-fits-all route.

Areas Served

For runners, cyclists, gym users and team-sport players around Brighton and Hove.

Relevant to active people across the Sussex coast managing injuries around work and training.

Suitable For

  • Acute twists, falls, strains and impact injuries
  • Recurrent pain during sport
  • Uncertainty about imaging, rehabilitation or a specialist opinion

More than a label of sports injury

The same sporting mechanism can produce very different problems. Consultant judgement considers how it happened, what changed afterwards, symptoms at rest and in activity, and any previous injury or imaging.

Elite supports recent injuries as well as lingering joint, muscle, tendon, back and nerve symptoms. It does not promise a return-to-sport date or a particular outcome.

A coordinated route back to decisions

Where needed, Elite coordinates clinically appropriate investigations and access to the relevant subspecialist, rather than assuming every injury requires a scan or surgery. Existing reports and treatment history can inform the plan.

For Brighton and Hove patients, this can make it easier to decide which expertise should be involved next while keeping the practical goal—safe, informed activity progression—in view.

Fees and when to use urgent care

The Complete Elite Care Pathway is £495; investigations, treatment and additional specialist consultations are charged separately. The concierge fee is self-funded and not normally insured, although eligible investigations or treatment may be covered subject to insurer authorisation.

Elite is not an emergency department. Call 999/A&E for life-threatening or serious immediate symptoms, and contact NHS 111 or an urgent NHS service if care is urgent but not life-threatening.

A runner's persistent heel pain

Rest has not resolved the problem and you are uncertain whether it is tendon, bone or nerve related.
