Elite was founded by Mr Arun Ray, a UK-trained Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with specialist expertise in shoulder and elbow surgery and complex clinical decision-making. His training includes Major Trauma Centre experience and advanced fellowships at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital and Hampshire Hospitals.
Elite was created to solve a problem he repeatedly observed: even within private healthcare, patients can struggle to identify the right specialist, obtain the appropriate investigation and coordinate the different stages of their care.
Rather than operating as a traditional orthopaedic practice, Elite provides a concierge approach to musculoskeletal healthcare—bringing together carefully selected consultants, imaging providers, physiotherapists and hospitals into one seamless, coordinated patient journey.
Arun's vision is to build the UK's most trusted musculoskeletal concierge service, where exceptional clinical care is matched by exceptional service.
